Our Founder, Attorney Ken Nunn built one of the most prominent and respected personal injury law firms in the country, but his journey to success was not an easy one. Ken grew up poor and much of his childhood was spent without a permanent home. Being poor made him stronger. As a 16-year-old high school dropout, Ken worked hard to go back to school, improve his grades, and eventually gain acceptance into Indiana University Law School.

Ken attributed much of his success to the hardships he faced early in life and truly believed you can accomplish anything if you’re willing to fight for it and put in the work. Throughout his long career as an Indiana personal injury lawyer, Ken applied this same mentality and determination to fiercely representing accident victims across Indiana who are facing unimaginable challenges.

On 03-30-25 I was T-boned in an auto accident in Columbus, IN. My injuries were: 5 broken ribs; one displaced, whiplash, numbness in my left arm and hand and bleeding around my spleen.
